MEMBERSHIP DRIVE 2008

January 2008 Dear Neighbor, I am writing to you on behalf of the Marine Park Civic Association. This is our 81st year of service to the Marine Park Community. Our Board consists of neighbors like you and we are all Volunteers. We cordially invite you to renew or become a member of the Marine Park Civic Association with annual dues of $5.00 for the year. We are very proud to say that this is the best bargain in town. The MPCA holds a general meeting the third Tuesday of every month from September to June at P.S. 207 located at 4011 Fillmore Avenue, at 8:00 P.M... Our newsletter is mailed out each month prior to the meeting to serve as a reminder as well as to inform you of upcoming events in the community. Each month we have a guest speaker. In the past, we have had Mayor Bloomberg, local politicians, and representatives from different organizations. The local precinct commander and community affairs representatives attend each meeting and are available to answer any questions or concerns. We maintain a 24-hour hotline number 718-336-7343. Please feel free to call with any questions. As an organization, we can only assist our neighbors when we are made aware of a situation. We will try to work with you to solve the problems and point you in the right direction. Below is a membership application.
